Abstract: It has come to the attention of the publisher that the article Deepika and Chitranshi, J. (2020), “Leader readiness of Gen Z in VUCA business environment”, published in Foresight, Vol. ahead-of-print No. ahead-of-print. Link to the cited article., has been found to include significant similarities to a source drawn upon, which was not referenced in this article. This source was Hameed, S. and Sharma, V. (2020), “A Study on Leadership Competencies of the Generation Z in a VUCA World”, International Journal of Advanced Science and Technology, Vol. 29, No. 9, pp. 2379-2393. Link to the cited article.. The author guidelines for Foresight state that articles must be original and fully referenced. The authors sincerely apologise for this.
