Racing Against Time: Simultaneous Anterior and Inferior ST-Elevation Myocardial Infarction Managed With the Nano-Crush Bifurcation Stenting Technique

Abstract: We present a rare case of simultaneous anterior and inferior ST-elevation myocardial infarction caused by the acute occlusion of both the right coronary artery and the left anterior descending artery. The culprit LAD lesion involved a true bifurcation, which was successfully treated using the nano-crush stenting technique, achieving complete reperfusion. This case highlights the feasibility of complex bifurcation intervention in a hemodynamically unstable patient with double-vessel STEMI. It underscores the importance of rapid diagnosis, aggressive revascularization, and appropriate stenting strategy in managing multivessel acute myocardial infarction.
