Abstract: This record contains supplementary material for the conceptual model. The domain of this material is Industry 5.0. It documents both the prompt given to a Large Language Model (LLM) and the model-generated response. The prompt focuses on developing a conceptual model in the form of triples from the extracted entities, properties and their relations. The response is a table of subject-predicate-object triples grouped by competency question (CQ1-CQ62) under the same thematic categories as the questions. The material is provided to support transparency, reproducibility and traceability of the LLM-assisted ontology engineering process.
