Synchronization ~ from Regulation to Right Relation Discovering Voice as the Ultimate Agent of Coherence
Year: 2026
Type: article
Abstract: This essay introduces Plexus — a voice-centered framework for personal and collective transformation. Drawing on biology, depth psychology, somatic practice, and indigenous wisdom, it argues that voice is not merely a tool for communication but the organism's primary agent of synchronization: the living interface between intention, body, and relational field. The essay distinguishes between regulation (top-down control) and synchronization (self-arising coherence), proposing that the liberated voice — understood as awareness in movement — can orient individuals and communities toward what it calls "right relation." Weaving together references from Jung, Alfred Wolfsohn, Pauline Oliveros, and Buddhist philosophy, it outlines the four-stage Plexus practice as a path from disoriented multiplicity toward embodied, collective coherence.
