Abstract: Specific methods for performing randomization in the ICECAP clinical trial. Response adaptive randomization (RAR) with target allocation ratio among the 10 treatment arms updated every 50 subjects after a burn-in period of 200 subjects, stratified by initial rhythm of cardiac arrest category, Shockable or Non‐Shockable. Complete (simple) randomization is used using the cohort -specific target allocation probability for each subject treatment assignment Randomization module is integrated in the electronic data capture (EDC) system and performed in real-time.
