Type: conference-paper
Abstract: The main purpose of this review is to analyze the latest research on the difference between prociotics. Summarizing the analyzed articles, it was found that sporadic bacteria of the genus Bacillus are superior to non-spore prociotic cultures. Such bacteria are thermophilic and reach the gut unlike many other probiotics. It was observed that Bacillus Coagulans mainly used in the food and beverage industry, and Bacillus Subtilis - mainly as a functional additive in feed, aquaculture and fermentation.
