Immediate Postoperative Decentration of a Biologic Corneal Inlay Managed With Tomography‐Guided Repositioning: A Case Report
Year: 2026
Type: article
Study design: Case Report
Abstract: Biologic corneal inlays can rarely present with immediate postoperative decentration, which can be subtle and difficult to detect clinically. Real-time tomography allows precise early diagnosis, while same-day flap relifting and careful repositioning provide a safe, effective strategy to restore centration and preserve visual quality.
