El liderazgo transformacional y su impacto en el compromiso de los trabajadores en las PYMES textiles de Lima Metropolitana, 2025

Abstract: This article analyzes the impact of transformational leadership on organizational commitment and its influence on change management in small and medium-sized textile enterprises (SMEs) in Metropolitan Lima. The research, with a quantitative and non-experimental correlational design, applied structural equation modeling (PLS-SEM) to data collected from textile workers. The results reveal positive and significant relationships among transformational leadership, organizational commitment, and change management. Organizational commitment was found to mediate the relationship between leadership and adaptability, strengthening organizational change capacity. It is concluded that transformational leadership enhances motivation, identification, and talent retention, acting as a driving force for change within textile SMEs.
