Abstract: IMPORTANT WITHDRAWAL NOTICE Versions 1 and 2 of this work have been withdrawn by the author and must not be used as technical, scientific or operational sources. These early versions contain unvalidated AI-generated numerical claims that were incorrectly presented as completed CFD results, despite the absence of a corresponding reproducible simulation, computational files or experimental verification. They also contain unsupported counterfactual casualty estimates and safety conclusions. The author does not consider these claims technically validated and explicitly rejects their use as engineering evidence, operational firefighting guidance or proof of safety performance. Version 3 constitutes the subsequent corrective and restructured work. Versions 1 and 2 are retained only as a record of the correction history and must not be cited as authoritative sources.
