Abstract: These algorithms are intended to be used with an existing fiber mapping code (10.7916/d8-9tj0-d475) to analyze collagen fiber bundle orientation over depth and by region (ostia, proximal, middle, distal UTJ) from optical coherence tomography (OCT) images of the uterotubal junction (UTJ).
