Abstract: Iatrogenic immunodeficiency-associated lymphoproliferative diseases, consists of a group of lymphoid or plasmacytic proliferation disorders occurring after solid organ, stem cell, or bone marrow transplantation (post-transplant lymphoproliferative disorders). Post transplantation lymphoproliferative disorders (PTLDs) are usually Non-Hodgkin lymphomas (NHL), (93% of lymphomas in the transplant population). Post-transplant lymphoproliferative disease is further divided into four basic categories: polymorphic, monomorphic, non-destructive and classical Hodgkin lymphoma post-transplant lymphoproliferative disorder. The lesions can be localized or multifocal. Here we are discussing about a 35-year-old male patient who presented to us with abdominal pain and decreased appetite for 6 months and nausea for 2 months. On examination tenderness was present in the epigastric region but with no palpable organomegaly. Histologically, sheets of tumor cells arranged in singles with high N:C ratio, nuclear pleomorphism and prominent nucleoli resembling lymphoblasts were noted and was suggestive of NHL. This article discusses the clinical presentation and histology of Non-Hodgkin lymphoma with special mention of Post-transplant Lymphoproliferative disorders
