Abstract: Losing oneself is a defeat and winning oneself is a victory. This statement is really true to a hundred percent extent. No matter what anyone says, until we do not make ourselves aware, the mind does not believe that it is right to follow the path shown by others. There are the easiest and the most difficult paths in the world. Our decision not only takes us to our destination but also makes us unique from the crowd of the world. This is possible only when the decisions taken by us are perfect and are absolutely accurate to that direction and goal. It is very important for us to set our own goal and to be clear and duty-bound to achieve it. Focus your goal like Arjun's fish eye and set your goal and direction yourself. In this research, I have taken samples from Motijheel area of Motihari. In this, I have taken a total number of samples 100, in which 50 are girls and 50 boys who have been taken in the age group of 20 to 35.
