453P SLFN11 expression across lung neuroendocrine neoplasms (NENs): Small cell lung cancer (SCLC), typical and atypical carcinoids (TC/AC) and large cell neuroendocrine carcinoma (LCNEC)

Abstract: SLFN11 is highly expressed in SCLC and predicts sensitivity to DNA-damaging agents, however its role in other lung NENs (TC/AC, LCNEC) is unknown. TC/AC may be subtyped into A1, A2 and B based on OTP, ASCL1 and HNF1A expression (exp); LCNEC and SCLC may be classified through NEUROD1, ASCL1, POU2F3, and YAP1 (NAPY)exp. This multicentre study assessed SLFN11 across lung NENs and explored its molecular and clinical associations.
