342P Distinct TP53-associated co-mutation landscapes drive metastatic potential in non-small cell lung cancer

Year: 2026
Type: article
Abstract: Non–small cell lung cancer (NSCLC) remains a major cause of cancer mortality, with metastasis responsible for over 90% of deaths. Although TP53 is the most frequently mutated driver gene in NSCLC, its role in metastatic progression and its co-mutation patterns remain insufficiently characterized.
