Abstract: Although the Phase III ARTS study has reported outcomes of adjuvant aumolertinib in stage IIA–IIIB NSCLC, prospective evidence regarding its efficacy in completely resected stage I EGFR-mutant NSCLC remains limited. This multicenter, single-arm study aims to evaluate the efficacy and safety of adjuvant aumolertinib in stage IA2–3 and IB EGFR-mutant NSCLC after R0 resection.
