249P A retrospective cohort study comparing single-incision and multi-incision video-assisted thoracoscopic surgery in early-stage non-small cell lung cancer: Long term follow-up with machine learning–based analysis using XGBoost with shapley additive explanations

Abstract: Non–small cell lung cancer (NSCLC) remains a common cause of cancer-related mortality, highlighting the importance of minimally invasive surgical approaches such as video-assisted thoracoscopic surgery (VATS). While multi-incision VATS (MVATS) is widely established, single-incision VATS (SVATS) has emerged as a potential alternative. However, long-term oncologic outcomes comparing these two techniques remain uncertain.
