15P Intracranial (IC) efficacy of ivonescimab (ivo) plus chemotherapy (chemo) in epidermal growth factor receptor (EGFR) tyrosine kinase inhibitor (TKI)-resistant, EGFR-mutated non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC) in the HARMONi study
Year: 2026
Type: article
Abstract: HARMONi is a global randomized, double-blinded, phase III study evaluating the efficacy and safety of ivo + chemo vs placebo + chemo for patients (pts) with EGFR-mutated NSCLC whose disease has progressed on a 3rd-generation EGFR TKI. In the primary analysis, results showed longer progression-free survival (PFS) with ivo + chemo (hazard ratio [HR], 0.52 [95% confidence interval (CI), 0.41-0.66], P<0.0001) and numerically favorable overall survival (OS) results (HR, 0.79 [95% CI, 0.62-1.01], P=0.0570).
