41P Safety of concurrent osimertinib (osi) and cranial radiotherapy (RT) in non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC): Results from the phase IV SATIN trial
Year: 2026
Type: article
Abstract: Osi has high intracranial (IC) activity in epidermal growth factor receptor (EGFR)–NSCLC; yet patients (pts) may still develop IC-progressive disease (PD) requiring stereotactic radiotherapy (SRT) or whole-brain radiotherapy (WBRT). The safety of continuing osi during cranial RT, particularly regarding neurotoxicity, remains uncertain and was investigated in this study.
