Abstract: Despite substantial advances made with immune checkpoint inhibitors in extensive-stage small cell lung cancer (ES-SCLC), progression-free survival (PFS) remains unsatisfactory, and disease recurrence is common. Whether consolidative thoracic radiotherapy (cTRT) delivered after first-line chemoimmunotherapy enhances thoracic disease control and confers additional clinical benefit remains unclear.
