Abstract: Data on chemotherapy for hemodialysis (HD) patients are extremely limited. We proposed a full-dose cisplatin plus etoposide (EP) protocol based on plasma concentration monitoring in 5 HD patients; however, evidence from larger cohorts including survival data is lacking.
