Abstract: Long-term outcomes from the Checkmate 9LA clinical trial showed considerable survival benefit in patients with metastatic NSCLC and PD-L1 tumor expression level (TPS) <1%. The aim of this study is to compare real-world survival from first-line nivolumab plus ipilimumab with chemotherapy (NI-ChT) in the Netherlands with the results from the Checkmate 9LA trial.
