Abstract: Lurbinectedin received accelerated approval in the US for extensive stage (ES)-SCLC that progressed on or after platinum-based therapy in 2020 based on a phase II basket trial and full approval combined with atezolizumab as first-line maintenance therapy for ES-SCLC in 2025 based on the phase III IMforte trial.
