45P Rare and non-canonical ALK fusion in advanced NSCLC: Heterogeneous clinical outcomes with ALK inhibitors

Year: 2026
Type: article
Abstract: ALK rearrangements define a clinically relevant subset of non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC) sensitive to ALK tyrosine kinase inhibitors (TKIs). While EML4–ALK is the most frequent fusion, next-generation sequencing (NGS) has enabled the identification of rare ALK fusion partners, whose clinical behavior and outcomes with ALK-targeted therapies remain poorly characterized in routine clinical practice.
