Abstract: Analysis of cardiolipin species in DU145 cells following SCD inhibition. (a) DU145 cells were cultured for 48hrs in medium containing full (FS) or low (LS) serum. Amounts of different cardiolipin (CL) species were detected by LC-MS/MS. (b) DU145 cells were treated with SCD inhibitors (100nM) or solvent (DMSO) for 48hrs in medium containing low serum. Amounts of different cardiolipin (CL) species are shown. Data represent the mean ÂąSEM of three biologically independent replicates.
