Abstract: The China Lung Cancer Screening (CLUS) Version 2.0 aimed to evaluate the value of novel techniques in optimizing lung cancer screening implementation and confirm the efficacy of Low-Dose Computed Tomography (LDCT) in reducing lung cancer-related mortality among high-risk Chinese populations. The study design and initial screening results have been previously reported; herein, we present updated findings from a 5-year follow-up.
