195eP Real-world safety of ALK inhibitors in non-small cell lung cancer patients: A FAERS disproportionality analysis

Year: 2026
Type: article
Study design: Observational Study
Abstract: ALK inhibitors (ALKi) are a vital component for the management of non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC) and have prolonged progression-free survival, although they are associated with distinct and evolving toxicity profiles. Given prolonged ALK-targeted therapy in clinical practice, real-world safety assessments are essential to characterize comparative adverse event reporting beyond clinical trials.
