Abstract: Consolidation with durvalumab after chemoradiotherapy has improved outcomes in stage III NSCLC although pneumonitis occurrence remains a major clinical challenge. This study aimed to evaluate real-world outcomes in patients treated with the PACIFIC regimen and risk factors contributing to pneumonitis development.
