284P Clinical validation of CCR2-targeted SPECT imaging as a biomarker for monocyte-macrophage infiltration and prognosis in non-small cell lung cancer
Year: 2026
Type: article
Abstract: The chemokine receptor CCR2 is pivotal in recruiting immunosuppressive monocytes and tumor-associated macrophages to the tumor microenvironment, influencing progression in non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC). This study aimed to clinically validate CCR2 as a prognostic biomarker and develop a CCR2-targeted SPECT imaging probe for its non-invasive visualization.
