Abstract: Leptomeningeal metastasis in EGFR-mutant NSCLC has a poor prognosis with limited efficacy from early-generation EGFR-TKIs. This retrospective study evaluated the real-world efficacy and safety of Aumolertinib, a third-generation TKI with improved CNS penetration, in this setting.
