Abstract: Although patients aged 80 years represent approximately 15% of all lung cancer diagnoses, they remain significantly underrepresented in clinical trials evaluating immunotherapy. The aim of this study was to evaluate the clinical efficacy and safety profile of immunotherapy in an octogenarian population treated within routine clinical practice.
