Guidelines for the Digitalization of Ecoservices Provided by Catalonian Certified Forests

Abstract: The guidelines for the digitization of ESS provided by certified forests aim to expand the range of information accessible through the system developed by PEFC Spain. The main objective is to facilitate communication with all forest areas that comply with the PEFC Sustainable Forest Management (SFM) System in Catalonia, Spain, as well as with forest owners, managers, and end-users who benefit from forest ESS. This involves establishing a systematic link between each forest management unit (FMU) and the corresponding Ecosystem and Cultural Services indicators.
