Abstract: This repository contains Python and PyMOL scripts for the analysis and visualization of MyoF protein structures, including AlphaFold-predicted models. The Python scripts compute residue-residue contact probabilities and interface metrics in batch from .cif files, while the PyMOL scripts generate publication-quality figures of the protein structure and its interfaces. These scripts facilitate reproducible structural analysis and visual representation of protein-protein interactions.
