Abstract: This work formalizes the Constraint Enforcement (CE) layer within the SOSA framework as a deterministic control system governing admissible output generation in Large Language Models. It defines constraints as structured entities with type, scope, rule, and priority, enforced before and during generation. The CE layer restricts the admissible output space and operates in conjunction with the SOSA state model, preceding MVU validation.
