Type: article
Abstract: Access to education is universally acknowledged as a fundamental human right and a crucial component of social justice. Global legal systems increasingly demonstrate the value of education in fostering equality, alleviating poverty, and facilitating inclusive social growth. This study investigates the correlation between educational access and social justice law, emphasizing constitutional protections, international human rights frameworks, and national policies aimed at ensuring fair educational possibilities. The research assesses the legislative frameworks established to combat discrimination, economic disparity, and systemic obstacles that hinder educational access. It contends that robust legal frameworks, efficient public policies, and judicial enforcement are necessary to make sure that educational institutions foster social justice and fair opportunity for all societal members.
