Abstract: This study provides an in silico analysis of four CYP2C19 genetic variants—rs3758581, rs113994117, rs12248560, and rs28399504—to predict their functional impact on drug metabolism. Using SIFT and PolyPhen-2, the research categorizes these mutations into metabolic phenotypes to improve personalized medicine and safety for drugs like Clopidogrel.
