Abstract: Constitutional Sales is an integrity-first sales methodology that applies a conscience layer to any commercial process. Built on Anthropic’s Helpful, Honest, Harmless (HHH) framework and extended through the Constitutional Sales Extended Bowtie Model, it provides a structured governance system for AI-assisted selling. This working paper presents the core framework, three foundational pillars, five diagnostic questions, and the Extended Bowtie Model as original contributions to sales methodology and commercial AI ethics. The Extended Bowtie Model introduces the AI-in-a-Human-Loop governance structure — a reframing of the conventional human-in-the-loop concept for commercial contexts, in which AI augments each stage of the process but human judgment intercepts at every consequential decision node.
