Abstract: The European Scientific Cooperative on Phytotherapy (ESCOP), an international scientific association that represents herbal medicine and phytotherapy societies in Europe, celebrated its 35th anniversary in June 2024. The organization’s mission is to “advance the scientific status of herbal medicinal products and to assist with the harmonisation of their regulatory status at the European level.”
