Case Report: Low-profile covered stents in CHD: the role of Gore Viabahn (VBX) stents

Abstract: The Gore Viabahn covered stent, approved for the treatment of peripheral arterial disease in femoral or iliac artery lesions, may offer advantageous features in the field of congenital heart diseases. To date, only a few cases in the literature have reported the off-label use of these stents. Here, we report on four cases in which the use of Gore Viabahn stents was successful across various substrates.
