On the Non-Existence of Antimatter - Why Recent CERN Transport Experiments Do Not Constitute Physical Reality

Abstract: We consider a closed and self-sufficient variational framework in which physical reality coincides exactly with the set of stationary solutions of a universal functional equation. Within this structure, existence is rigorously defined through global variational selection, formalized by a decisional operator acting on admissible configurations. We demonstrate that no independent antimatter sector emerges from the variational structure. The invariance of the functional under complex conjugation does not generate distinct ontological states, but corresponds to equivalent representations of the same stationary configuration. Consequently, no duplication of physical reality arises. We analyze recent CERN antimatter transport experiments and show that the configurations involved are externally sustained, non-stationary states that do not satisfy the variational equilibrium condition. These laboratory states depend explicitly on external constraints and collapse in their absence, and therefore cannot be identified with physically existing configurations. We conclude that laboratory confinement of annihilating configurations does not constitute physical reality. Antimatter does not emerge from the universal variational equation and therefore does not exist as a physical entity.
