Abstract: With the publication of this issue on March 31, 2026, the Journal of Urologic Oncology (JUO) marks two milestones that carry deep significance for our editorial team, the Korean Urological Oncology Society (KUOS), and hopefully the broader urologic oncology community: our 10th issue and our 100th published article.Three years ago, JUO was launched as the English-language successor to the Korean Journal of Urological Oncology, which had served our society faithfully since 2003.That relaunch was an act of aspiration-a conviction that the science being produced in Korea and across Asia deserved a truly international stage.The 100 articles that now populate our pages are the clearest evidence that this aspiration was well-founded.
