Abstract: We welcome this opportunity to submit evidence concerning the Ministry of Defence's (MOD) accounts for 2024-5.We believe that there are two issues about which we wish to give evidence to the committee:-the constitutional issue regarding the MOD's financial accounts and -accountability to Parliament of the MOD's plans for the future of British security.
