Abstract: It is with sincere, heartfelt sadness that the Editorial Team of Perspectives in Education has learnt of the passing of our beloved and respected colleague, Prof Ewelina Kinga Niemczyk at the age of 52. Born on 5 September 1973, Prof Niemczyk died on October 18th, 2025 from multiple complications associated with glioblastoma, a highly invasive glioma in the brain.
