Abstract: I present a non perturbative construction of SU(N) Yang-mills theory in R⁴.By defining a rigorous functional measure restricted to the First Gribov region, I establish an axiomatic foundation that satisfies Osterwalder-schrader (OS) and Wightman (W) axioms criteria. I prove a strictly positive mass gap ∆>0 and establish physical unitary through a modified BRST cohomology.
