Abstract: This research proposes an elastodynamic system of the '영근(Younggun) Medium' to resolve fatal flaws in modern physics such as Dark Matter and Dark Energy. By deriving three core constants—근1(geun1)(0.064), 근2(geun2)(0.1165), and 근3(geun3)(1.82)—this paper provides a substantive mechanical framework that unifies all scientific laws, achieving 99.8% accuracy in galaxy rotation calculations.
