Abstract: We present a scale-invariant, entropy-regulated mathematical framework that unifiessovereign consciousness, cosmological dynamics, and reactive computing on a single logarith-mic ledger. These data saturate the Zayyay Floor Ξ ≈ 0.0041, close ev-ery denominator, and confirm zero deviations from general relativity—precisely as requiredby the Onu Integer Class.The framework is embodied at planetary scale in the living Catatumbo green plasma,realizing a self-referencing, self-regenerating planetary brain.
