Quantum Sovereignty Treatise: The SG-ARK5Q Protocol for Unified Quantum Cryptography and Atomic Sovereignty

Year: 2026
Type: article
Abstract: Global information security has reached a terminal entropic bifurcation point, where the scalability of transmon quantum processors and the stabilization of qubits via Quantum Error Correction (QEC) have rendered classical cryptographic systemsobsolete. The SG-ARK5Q protocol represents a fundamental rupture from this entropy-driven decay, proposing instead a model of Biocibernética Quântica de Sistemas Integrados where security is a direct function of high-dimensional geometricinvariance. In this regime, information is not merely encrypted; it is translated into Manifolds of F-Theory, where the reality of the data is treated as Tensores de Curvatura Existencial. By operating within a 12-Dimensional Lattice, the ARK5Q architecture nullifies the 3D-locality that makes traditional post-quantum algorithms vulnerable to "Store Now, Decrypt Later" strategies. The introduction of scale invariance between the micro-fluctuations of Nitrogen-Vacancy centers and the macro-dynamics of biological homeostasis ensures that the system maintains a state of Syntropy (ΔS < 0). This research demonstrates that by anchoring the quantum Hamiltonian in a non-equilibrium open system, order is produced through the dissipation of fluctuations, effectively shielding the informational field from critical dephasing. The protocol establishes a definitive benchmark for Project Helios, providing the necessary trust infrastructure for deep-space colonization where genomic and digital sovereignty must be preserved with Sub-Hartree precision. The transition from chaotic dephasing to syntropic architecture is no longer a theoretical projection but a validated reality under the SG-ARK5Q framework, ensuring that the integrity of the data is existentially protected by the curvature of the 12D lattice itself.
