Abstract: This paper challenges the conventional identity 0.999... = 1 by questioning the universal applicability of the Completeness Axiom. I introduce the Hanseo-Micro Real Number (0.~1) and the Tilde Operator (~), which signifies an infinite succession of zeros culminating in a terminal unity. This framework suggests that infinite sequences and their related entities are dynamic entities contingent upon time(t), proposing a qualitative distinction between a sequence and its limit.
