Abstract: In recent years, generative AI has become more sophisticated and is being used in a variety of situations.However, there are pros and cons to using generative AI, particularly in the fields of education and science and technology.Our university is also facing the challenge of using generative AI appropriately in educational settings, and various implementations are being implemented depending on the purpose and content of the course.However, the general approach to using generative AI in educational settings is still thought to be in the trial and error stage.Therefore, a survey is needed to determine how our students ultimately used generative AI in their studies.Therefore, we conducted a survey to investigate how the 2024 Department of Information Engineering graduates used generative AI in each subject, and we report the results here.
