Abstract: The purpose of this study is to identify the needs for graduates education in nursing among the Japanese graduate students.A survey was conducted with 343 graduate students in nursing using a questionnaire with 23 statements obtained by 4-round Delphi technique as a consensus of opinion about the potential needs for graduate education in nursing among clinical nurses.Of 23 statemtns, 14 statements obtained 50.1% or higher agreement score among 343 final respondents with a 44.7% response rate achieved.
