Abstract: Pharmacodynamic Staining of T-Dxd with and without HALA Carrier Dose. Images of high HER2 expression NCI-N87 tumors with 6.4 mg/kg of T-Dxd (top) or 6.4 mg/kg of T-Dxd +32 mg/kg S12 carrier dose (5:1 ratio, bottom). The pharmacodynamic signal from γH2AX (red) in sections of tumor distal from ADC staining (green) indicate the bystander effect of T-DXd. However, some regions containing tumor cells had low levels of DNA damage (top). The staining intensity is lower but more uniform with the addition of the S12 HALA antibody (bottom).
